Physical Therapy
When it comes to physical therapy, I like to take a full-body approach. This means that I look at the body as a whole, as it's a very complicated fully-connected system that often has multiple imbalances that need to be corrected. I will perform numerous tests to determine the appropriate course of action which will help eradicate the pain that you may be experiencing.

CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction improves the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This relieves muscle tension, which improves overall blood flow and promotes cell repair. It also helps form new connective tissues and creates new blood vessels in the tissue. I provide dry cupping, runniing cupping, and flash cupping which has a wide variety of benefits.

PRE/INTER/POST EVENT MASSAGE
As an athlete or sportsperson it is very important to implement pre/inter and post event sports massage into your training program and preparation. As an athlete you should already be including deep tissue massage as part of your weekly training regime as a preventative measure before leaving it too late and using it as injury rehabilitation.
Pre Event Massage
A pre event massage is usually not more than 10 or 15 minutes in duration and performed on the day of the event. This massage brings warmth to the superficial tissue of the body and increase blood flow to the deeper muscles.
Inter event massage
Sports massage during the event or competition is helpful to quickly restore energy levels, balance psycho-emotional state, prevent injury, cramps, spasms, and relieve pain in case of micro-trauma or chronic problems. Massage session can vary approximately from 1 – 2 minutes to 15 – 20 minutes.
Post Event Massage
Post event massage is administered immediately after the event or competition. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes and is done to decrease muscle soreness and/or cramping and to facilitate a faster return to training after an athletic event.
